Dr. Tina Gregory’s journey in real estate is one defined by passion, precision, and purpose.

A proud Colorado native, Tina’s story began here in the Rocky Mountains before military life took her family across the country, including Sacramento, California, where she spent much of her childhood. At fifteen, she returned home to Colorado in 1987—and never left. That journey gave her a unique understanding of relocation, resilience, and the emotional significance of finding a place to truly call home.

Her real estate career began in 1996 as an Executive Assistant and Transaction Coordinator, where she quickly became known for her exceptional organization, professionalism, and ability to keep even the most complex transactions moving seamlessly. Over the years, Tina built expertise across nearly every layer of the real estate ecosystem—from transaction management and brokerage operations to title, escrow, compliance, leadership, negotiations, and luxury representation.

In 2012, Tina launched Rudee’s Prime Choice, her own transaction coordination company, founded on the belief that every real estate transaction deserves excellence behind the scenes—not only for clients, but for the agents, lenders, title representatives, and professionals working together to create a successful closing experience.

To deepen her expertise even further, Tina transitioned into the title and escrow side of real estate in 2013, gaining invaluable firsthand knowledge of contracts, compliance, closings, and the technical mechanics that protect clients throughout the transaction process. By 2014, she returned to brokerage leadership, helping open and manage offices across the Denver and Boulder markets while mentoring agents and strengthening operational systems.

Tina’s commitment to excellence is matched by her academic achievements. She holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership & Development and a Master of Legal Studies, equipping her with advanced expertise in business strategy, negotiation, leadership, compliance, and contractual analysis.

As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Tina brings a uniquely strategic and compassionate approach to serving first-time buyers, military families, move-up clients, investors, and luxury clientele alike.
